This little guy loves his superheroes, as you can see.  So, of course, he had to have himself a very special superhero cake.  

And seriously, who could choose between Superman and Batman?

Have a Hoot

We recently made some desserts for an owl themed baby shower.  These were fun to do.  Kim and I spent hours catching up on all the latest episodes of Once Upon a Time while we made these.  This cake was chocolate with a chocolate ganache frosting, and the cupcakes were vanilla almond with a cream cheese frosting.

Groom's Cake

Kim was recently asked to make a groom's cake with a Cardinal's theme for a wedding.  The couple got engaged at a Cardinal's game, so the bride wanted to surprise her Cardinal loving hubby with this little cake.
